Enjoy an excellent bird watching adventure as we look for Toucans, Parrots, Tanagers and Woodpeckers. You can spot other amazing animals such as Tamarin Monkeys and Sloth’s as well as agouti’s as you hike through the tropical rainforest.

Soberania National Park lies on Pipeline Road and features an outstanding variety of different bird and animal species. The bird list contains almost 400 species and in fact the Audubon Society has set world records bird counts here. Birds aren’t the only animals to inhabit Soberania National Park. You’ll also have the opportunity to encounter the Embera village where you can admire their famous handicraft and enjoy an Embera lunch. We will wrap this up by traveling to the Caribbean side of Panama to find overnight accommodations.

The fun begins early at 5:30 AM as you depart for Panama Canal Escobal and Achiote Road for some serious bird watching.
